I’m here for the Six Sisters Build Your Blog Conference and I couldn’t be more excited! I’m kind of lucky to be sitting in this room because when I went to check-in, guess what? Now I could have sworn I booked a room. How on earth did I forget something so important?

But I know I booked the room! Thank you Little America for getting me into a room straight away. Now I have time to share a recipe with you that’s sure to brighten up your day: Pina Colada Fluff. I have to say it was AWESOME. This dessert salad would be perfect for your next get together, potluck or picnic.

It takes like two short minutes to pull together and just about that long for it to be inhaled. 1 can – do not drain! Fold in Cool Whip, rum extract, marshmallows, coconut, and nuts. I made the pina colada fluff I add milk to the pudding l wasn’t sure about. If you do or not , we’ll it didn’t come out like it should , I had copied. How much real rum would I use vs rum extract? You don’t want to add a bunch of liquid or it will be runny.

That’s why I went with extract, a stronger rum flavor. This might be a stupid question, but does rum extract have alcohol in it? No more than vanilla extract has probably.
