In the video, I use a store bought tomato relish. 7oz hamburger patties, 1 slice cheese, 2 tbsp tomato relish, lettuce, tomato, hamburger buns. If you can’t get that high on your stove you may need to adjust the cooking time slightly until it is done to your liking.
