Because their El Parrillada Feliz food truck has become a popular favorite in Butler, the two brothers who own it, Sergio and Carlos Morales, decided to open a brick-and-mortar Mexican restaurant to give the customers a complete dine-in experience. El Taco Feliz Mexican Restaurant opened in mid-December where their food truck still operates at 12524 W. Manager Maggie Arft said the restaurant seats about 75 people.
The two brothers opened Two Brothers Pizza in March 2021 but after a few months, they decided to change it to a Mexican restaurant. Arft said their Mexican food truck was popular, and they thought it would do better than their pizza. The brunch includes Mexican and American dishes such as omelets, steak and potatoes and pancakes. They also have the traditional Mexican food favorites as well, Arft said. We have authentic food,” she said.
Arft said that they use fresh food from area farmers markets. We want to offer a real authentic experience.
